1. What's the quality of your coating?
The coating we used is imported from USA. The domestic coating is normally easy to fall off. Our imported coating can be put in the dish washer. You can find very cheap price in the market, but the coating on these items is mostly domestic. I can also teach you how to distinguish the coating.

2. How long is your delivery time?
We normally have stock for most of items, our warehouse have stock for 2*20GPcontainer. Of course, it mainly depends on your quantity.

3 Can you print logo for me?
Of course, we can provide the blanks and custom service. Our production capacity and technician is stable, the capacity per day is about 1000-2000PCS. We can accept urgent order in short time.

4. The mug is fragile goods. Will you pack them in wooden pallet?
Our unit price is not included special packing like this, we can help to pack with wooden pallet if you required. But regarding the low cost of the mugs, wooden pallet will cost you too much. We suggest you could choose to pack the mug with individual white box, this can help you save space for shipment.
